💳 Политика возвратов Flauron
💠 Настоящая Политика возвратов определяет правила обработки платежей и возвратов, связанных с цифровыми услугами, предоставляемыми через Flauron.com. Совершая оплату, пользователь автоматически подтверждает своё согласие с данными условиями.
1️⃣ Общие положения- Платформа Flauron.com предоставляет цифровые, виртуальные и нематериальные услуги (включая доступ к игровому контенту, бонусам и функционалу).
- Оплата подтверждает полное согласие пользователя с настоящей Политикой возвратов и условиями Публичной оферты.
- Цифровые услуги считаются оказанными в момент активации и не подлежат возврату, за исключением особых случаев, указанных ниже.
2️⃣ Условия возврата и отмены оплаты- Возврат средств возможен только в следующих исключительных случаях:
- двойное списание средств по технической ошибке;
- подтверждённый технический сбой со стороны платформы, приведший к непредоставлению оплаченной услуги;
- неподтверждённое или ошибочное списание средств, вызванное сбоем платёжной системы.
- Пользователь обязан обратиться в службу поддержки в течение 3 календарных дней с момента оплаты и предоставить подтверждающие документы (электронный чек, скриншот, выписку по операции и т.д.).
- Администрация оставляет за собой право:
- запросить дополнительную информацию для проверки обращения;
- отказать в возврате при отсутствии достаточных доказательств или выявлении признаков злоупотребления;
- осуществить возврат тем же способом, которым производилась оплата, при наличии технической возможности.
3️⃣ Услуги, не подлежащие возврату- Возврат средств не осуществляется в следующих случаях:
- услуга была активирована или частично/полностью использована;
- недовольство связано с личными ожиданиями пользователя, которые не гарантировались платформой;
- аккаунт пользователя был заблокирован за нарушение правил проекта;
- платёж был совершен с ошибкой по вине пользователя (неверная сумма, способ оплаты, валюта и т.п.);
- доступ к игровому контенту был успешно предоставлен.
4️⃣ Отказ от ответственности- Платформа и предоставляемые на ней услуги функционируют по принципу «КАК ЕСТЬ» (AS IS). Администрация не гарантирует бесперебойную работу, отсутствие ошибок или соответствие субъективным ожиданиям пользователя.
- Пользователь несёт полную ответственность за проверку совместимости, актуальности и целесообразности приобретаемых услуг до оплаты.
- Администрация не несёт ответственности за убытки, вызванные неосторожностью пользователя, действиями третьих лиц или обстоятельствами непреодолимой силы.
5️⃣ Изменения политики- Платформа оставляет за собой право изменять настоящую Политику без предварительного уведомления пользователей.
- Обновлённая версия вступает в силу с момента публикации на сайте Flauron.com и применяется ко всем последующим платежам.

💠 This Refund Policy defines the rules for handling payments and refunds related to digital services provided via Flauron.com. By making a payment, the user automatically agrees to these terms.
1️⃣ General Provisions- Flauron.com provides digital, virtual, and non-tangible services (such as access to in-game features, bonuses, and content).
- Payment confirms the user’s full agreement with this Refund Policy and the Public Offer Agreement.
- Digital services are considered provided at the moment of activation and are non-refundable, except in special cases described below.
2️⃣ Refund & Cancellation Terms-
A refund may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:
- Double payment due to a technical error;
- Confirmed technical failure on the Platform resulting in non-delivery of the purchased service;
- Unauthorized or unconfirmed charge caused by a system malfunction.
- The user must contact the support team within 3 calendar days after payment and provide evidence (receipt, screenshot, or transaction statement).

- Request additional verification data;
- Reject the refund if the information is incomplete, false, or inconsistent;
- Return funds using the same payment method, provided technical feasibility allows.
3️⃣ Non-Refundable Services-
Refunds are not issued if:

- Dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations not guaranteed by the Platform;
- The user’s account was blocked for violating project rules;
- Payment was made with incorrect data (amount, method, currency) by user fault;
- Access to the in-game content was successfully provided.
4️⃣ Liability Disclaimer- The Platform and its services are provided “AS IS”. The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or compliance with the user’s subjective expectations.
- The user bears full responsibility for checking compatibility, relevance, and value of services before making payment.
- The administration is not liable for losses caused by user negligence, third-party interference, or force-majeure circumstances.
5️⃣ Policy Updates- The Platform reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Хотим пояснить ситуацию вокруг голосования по Дестроерам. Избирательный опрос был создан, чтобы услышать мнение игроков, но формулировка изначально вышла некорректной: речь шла не об ограничении самой пики, а именно об ограничениях под лимитами (Frenzy, Zealot, Guts).
📌 Что остаётся без изменений-
➡️ Ограничение на пику остаётся стандартным по Interlude.
Это не означает, что у Дестроера будет 40 целей. 😁
С учётом всех пассивных умений итоговое количество целей составляет примерно 11.
⚔️ Ограничения под лимитами- ➡️ Под Frenzy / Zealot / Guts ограничение на пику: 5 мобов.
🧪 Почему так?Мы протестировали фарм даже с нашим бафом: без лимитов Дестроер комфортно справляется с монстрами. Поэтому принято решение — оставить стандарт для обычной игры и ввести чёткий лимит именно под Frenzy / Zealot / Guts .✅ ИтогЭто решение окончательное.-

We want to clarify the situation regarding the voting about Destroyers. The poll was created to hear the players’ opinions, but the wording was incorrect. We did not mean a limit on the spear itself — it remains unchanged — but rather a limit under boosts (Frenzy, Zealot, Guts).
📌 What stays unchanged-
➡️ The spear limit remains standard for Interlude.
This does not mean that Destroyer will have 40 targets. 😁
With all passive skills counted, the total target amount is about 11.
⚔️ Limits under boosts- ➡️ Under Frenzy / Zealot / Guts, the spear limit will be 5 mobs.
🧪 Why this decision?We tested the situation even with our buff: without boosts, Destroyer farms monsters comfortably. That’s why we decided to keep the standard outside boosts and add a clear limit specifically under Frenzy, Zealot, and Guts.✅ FinalThis decision is final. -

- Анализ статистики и оптимизация стратегии
🎯 Требования- Опыт создания контента для TikTok / Youtube / Instagram и Reels
- Понимание алгоритмов и принципов вовлекающих видео
- Умение работать в приложениях для монтажа (CapCut, VN, InShot и др.)
- Креативность, чувство юмора, инициативность
- Грамотность и хорошее визуальное чутьё
