Registration Terms
Main rule: Administrator is always right.
1. Basic provisions:
1.1 This server is free, so the administration deals with it solely at its own expense and solely at its own request.
1.2 The administration, to the extent possible, helps to resolve emerging problems, but does not give any guarantees.
2. Administration policy:
2.1 Ignorance or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt from liability for their violation.
2.2 It is forbidden to disseminate information that could harm the reputation of the project.
2.3 The server administration does not guarantee reliable operation in the provision of services and services, and is also not responsible for damage that may be caused to users due to failures in communication lines, erroneous use of the services provided, software defects or other actions that may lead to unwanted situations.
2.4 The server administration does not deal with issues related to the purchase or sale of characters, game inventory items.
2.5 The administration reserves the right to dispose of all game objects on all accounts at its own discretion.
2.6 It is forbidden to buy / sell game values for real money or other non-game values or services.
2.7 It is forbidden to buy / sell / exchange characters, even for game money.
2.8 It is forbidden to exchange game values between servers.
2.9 All accounts belonging to the same player may be subject to sanctions for violating the rules on one of them.
2.10 An attempted violation of the rules may be equated to an already committed violation.
3. The server administration reserves the right to:
3.1 Refuse to provide services without explanation.
3.2 Evaluate the actions of users and impose any sanctions on them in cases not provided for by these rules, if it deems it necessary.
3.3 Make changes to these rules without the consent of users.
3.4 Make changes to the operation of the server, services and services, at its discretion.
4. Characters and accounts:
4.1 When registering, you must use a valid e-mail. Accounts with a non-existent address may be deleted without warning.
4.2 Names of characters must be meaningful, readable and pronounceable.
4.3 The use of pseudo-cyrillic and other perversions is not recommended.
4.4 Obscene, defiant, offensive or disruptive names or titles and containing an abbreviation like 228 are prohibited.
4.5 It is forbidden to use in names, titles and titles, the names of NPCs, characters of the administration (or similar to them), as well as names that are on the list of prohibited use.
4.6 The owner of the account is fully responsible for everything that was done from under his account.
4.7 It is forbidden to share an account, as well as transfer an account to another person.
4.8 Accounts or characters that have been inactive for more than a year may be permanently deleted.
5. Gameplay:
5.1 It is forbidden to perform any actions that may disrupt the gameplay or lead to unstable server operation. It is also prohibited to withhold information about such actions.
5.2 Swearing, obscene language, insults, threats, extortion, blackmail, sexual harassment, inciting ethnic, class or racial hatred, political situations in countries, etc. are prohibited. etc.
5.3 It is forbidden to impersonate the server administration.
5.4 It is forbidden to demand or distribute information that other players consider private.
5.5 Disrespectful appeal to the server administration is prohibited. Challenging the actions of the administration is allowed only through the forum.
5.6 It is forbidden to spread rumors, disinformation about the administration of the server, as well as about other players.
5.7 It is forbidden to block passages.
5.8 It is forbidden to beg, pester other players or the server administration with requests.
5.9 It is forbidden to flood and spam, writing one word per line, writing all words in uppercase, repeating one line, advertising and anti-advertising.
5.10 Communication in a clan/group chat is regulated by the leader of the clan/group. Compliance with clause 5.2 of the rules in these channels is not controlled by the administration.
5.11 Any form of fraud is prohibited.
5.12 It is forbidden to use programs or hardware that emulate the player's presence in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software.
5.13 It is forbidden to write about leaving the server, or to call on other players to stop playing.
5.14 It is allowed to write about game flaws only on the forum, in the technical section. support, subject to the rules of the section.
6. Forum:

6.6 It is forbidden to post or create threads during an active posting ban or ban.
6.7 Discussion of game chat moderation is allowed only in topics specially created for this purpose, located in the communication subsections of game servers.
6.8 It is forbidden to publish data about game accounts (login, mail, password) in open sections.
6.9 Technical questions and questions to the Administration are published only in Technical section of the forum!
7. Communication with the server administration.
7.1 It is recommended to ask questions on the forum. Private questions should be directed to the support system.
7.2 When communicating with representatives of the server administration, the player must briefly, clearly and without using slang tell about his problem or answer the questions asked.
7.3 Disrespectful appeal to the server administration is prohibited. Challenging the actions of the administration is allowed only through the forum.
7.4 It is forbidden to ask a representative of the administration to do anything that is not included in his duties.
7.5 When answering questions from the administration, it is forbidden to withhold information, lie, mislead.
7.6 It is forbidden to call the administration for no reason, create obstacles and distract from the performance of duties.
7.7 Spelling, grammatical and stylistic errors in addressing representatives of the administration are considered especially serious
8. In case of loss of game valuables:
8.1 If this happened due to a security breach or an internal server error, then the administration, if possible, returns the lost to the victims.
8.2 In case of violation of clause 4.7 (account sharing), the administration is not responsible.
8.3 The administration is not responsible for the voluntarily transferred.
8.4 The administration is not responsible for things lost during the transfer by throwing on the ground.
8.5 The administration does not return the purchased balance if an error was made when entering the character's name or choosing a game server.
9. In case of violation of the server rules, the Server Administration may apply the following sanctions to the game accounts of violators:
9.1 Deleting an account - Deleting an account from the server with all the characters on it. Can be applied to all player accounts.
9.2 Deleting a character - Deleting a specific character in an account from the server.
9.3 Account ban - temporary or permanent blocking of the use of the account. Can be applied to all player accounts.
9.4 Confiscation of property - Full or partial confiscation of property from the character or from all characters belonging to the player.
10. In case of violation of the server and forum rules, the Server Administration may apply the following sanctions to the offenders' forum accounts:
10.1 Account deletion.
10.2 Deleting account posts.
10.3 Issuance of a temporary or permanent ban on the creation of topics / posts (read only).
10.4 Temporary or permanent ban on entering the forum from an account or IP address (ban).
