Fixed stats for epic: Valakas, Antharas, Baium, Scarlet van Halisha. Wind Of Force (baium's skill) only hits an area ahead of 100 degrees, not 360. The damage from Baium: General Attack is weaker than from Wind Of Force. Fixed twitches of surrounding characters during dialogues with NPCs. Removed a short sticking of the character after the dialogue with the NPC. Character can relog in the snow queen zone. Added missing no-summon zones. Исправлены статы эпикам Valakas, Antharas, Baium, Scarlet van Halisha. Скил баюма Wind Of Force бьет лишь по площади впереди на 100 градусов, а не 360. Урон от Baium: General Attack слабей чем от Wind Of Force. Устранены подергивания окружающих персонажей во время диалогов с нпц. Убрано короткое залипание персонажа после диалога с нпц.
